Reopening Update: June 1, 2021!

Thank you for the continued support, donations, excitement for our reopening and patience as we navigate the best way and time to re-open our doors. With the latest COVID-19 restrictions in place, we have decided it is best to postpone our reopening date to June 1, 2021. We will share more details as June approaches!

Dan & Louis Oyster Bar has been serving its signature oysters, seafood, cocktails, and local brew for more than 113 years. Since Louis C. Wachsmuth opened the doors in 1907, five generations have carried on the family tradition. The Wachsmuth family invites you to share a Portland favorite!
